I don’t know if anyone actually reads these, but I really didn’t like this. The texture felt sticky right away and it kind of just sat on my skin instead of feeling smooth like I expected. After a little while it started to feel heavy and uncomfortable. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I was trying to make my payment and thought it was almost done, but the page just kept loading and loading. I waited for a bit, refreshed, and tried again because I wasn’t sure if it had gone through or not. The first attempt didn’t seem to work, but after retrying, the payment finally processed. A little frustrating in the moment, but it worked out in the end

I ordered a specific shade, but the one that arrived was completely different. Not saying it’s a scam, but it’s disappointing to get something that isn’t what I actually paid for

Well... I bought this hoping it would give my skin more hydration, but it didn’t really do much. It feels okay when I first put it on, but after a bit my skin still feels tight, like I didn’t use anything at all. For the price, I expected better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I wanted this to be a simple buy-and-use kind of thing, but the ingredients made me pause. A few of them looked harsh to me, and since the info wasn’t very clear, I don’t feel comfortable using it. It feels like something that should be easy to understand was made harder than it needed to be...

I don’t know, the whole site just gave me a bad feeling. There wasn’t enough clear info for me to feel comfortable, and the reviews didn’t seem totally real either. Maybe it’s just me, but I really wouldn’t feel good about ordering from here again.

I had a question earlier in the day, and by that same afternoon they had already gotten back to me. The response was clear and helpful, which made the whole thing easy to sort out.

I tried ordering from Petaja Beauty once, and it was kinda just okay. The item did show up, so no huge issue there, but shipping took longer than I thought it would and the updates were lacking.

When I finally got it, the product itself was fine, but I didn’t really feel like it matched the price. It wasn’t bad or anything, just not something that made me think “wow, I need to buy this again.”
I probably wouldn’t rush to order from them again unless there was a really good sale or I couldn’t find the same thing somewhere else. Not a terrible experiance, just not super impressive either

I ordered a couple of items from petajanebeauty they were fine. Nothing was damaged or terrible, and the products did what they were supposed to do. That said, I did feel like some of the wording on the site made the items sound a little more impressive than they actually were. For the price, I expected either a better size, nicer packaging, or just something that felt a bit more worth it. Shipping was okay, but compared to other beauty sites I’ve used, this felt a little overpriced. I might order again if there’s a good discount, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry.

Ive noticed my skin isnt breaking out as much since I started using this. Its been a nice change and Im happy with it.

I’m giving 1 star because my order issue still wasn’t properly handled. I reached out to customer service, and their reply barely answered anything. I had to keep repeating the same question over and over, like nobody even bothered to read what I wrote. that’s on them. It’s frustrating when a company takes your money but can’t be bothered to give a clear answer when there’s a problem. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again after this.

I thought this would be way bigger based on the photos online. When it showed up it was tiny for the price and I was disappointed

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with how my order showed up. It came in a really flimsy mailer with no padding at all, and the box was crushed by the time it got to me. One of the items even leaked a little. For what I paid for shipping, I expected way better packaging.

Am I the only one who tries a product for a few weeks and keeps waiting for that big noticeable change? I will say this did help a little, mainly with making my skin feel softer, which was nice. But I didn’t really see the bigger difference I was hoping for. Shipping was totally fine and the packaging looked nice too. Overall, I don’t think it’s a bad product, it just might not be strong enough for what my skin needed.

The website looks good at first, like the design is clean and everything, but actually using it was kind of annoying. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the menu didn’t really make it obvious where things were. I ended up clicking around way more than I expected just to find basic product details. Checkout was fine, I guess, but the whole shopping experience just didn’t feel that smooth, like it could’ve been easier if...

I wanted to like this, but the smell hit me really fast and gave me a headache almost right away. I guess that means it’s powerful, so maybe that’s good in a way, but for me it was just too much. I can’t really use it at all

I was disappointed with this. It looked nice online, but when it arrived, it felt kind of cheap and not really like what I was expecting. After about a few uses, it already wasn’t holding up well, which was frustrating for the price. I don’t think I’d buy from petajanebeauty again.

I was expecting the color shown in the photo, but the one I received was a completely different shade. Not really what I had in mind.

It looked really nice at first, which is why I bought it, but I kind of regret not checking more reviews because it faded quickly. Disappointing since I liked how it looked in the beginning...

I had to return one item, and overall it went through without any problems. It just took longer than I thought it would. My sister had asked me how the return process was, and I told her it wasn’t bad, just a bit slow. Support did get back to me after a while, so I can’t really complain too much. Not terrible, but I wish it had been quicker.
